3.-After that you sell a product, you go directly to www.helenbellart.com to make the order of your item. In the application form of the order write the full address and telephone number of your client and then choose if you wish to pay online or offline. Before pay you have to use your discount code, so you will obtain the distributor price.
We process the order within 24 to 48 hours from receipt.
Delivery time: It requires around 2-5 work days for European Community countries and 5-10 work days for other world destinations.
We make shipping by courier. If you would like to have an express delivery please write us and we will tell you which extra cost it will be.

How to follow the shipment:
Your client can track the status of the shipment at any time using the tracking number that you received by email.
Once an order is shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with the courrier tracking number.
